 Congregate Dining & Home Delivered

The following locations receive funding from the NACOG Area Agency on Aging to provide nutrition programs with congregate dining, home delivered meals, or both. In most cases, the nutrition program is housed in the local senior center. The senior center in many communities is also the focal point for seniors for socializing, activities, exercise programs, and information regarding other services and benefits.
Senior centers in some communities are also the local service provider for case management, home care and transportation for seniors. Your local senior center can inform you of what services are currently being offered at their location.
