Case Management Services assist low-income families to move from public assistance to independent living.

The Applicants start with intake and counseling. Then, with the Case Manager, they develop an individualized plan of action to resolve the current emergency situation and move toward self-sufficiency.

In addition, funding may be available for employment related costs:*

• Auto Repairs

• Tools

• Food

• Clothing

• Transportation

And:

• Move-in costs

• Rent or Mortgage payment
