Objectives
NACOG weatherization staff
will perform a complete the energy audit of your residence.
Depending on funding availability, the following services may be
provided:

Insulation (attic, ceiling,
floor)

Weather-stripping

caulking

Replacement of broken
glass, Windows, and the doors damage beyond repair

Installation of the
interior storm Windows

Patching
-
Furnace repair or
replacement

Insulation and plugs for
electrical outlets and switches

Repair or replacement of
evaporative cooler
-
Insect screen repair or
installation
-
Shade screening at lower
elevations
-
Roof coating for minor
leaks and heat for reflection

for Qualifications
The Northern Arizona
Council of Governments Weatherization Department (NACOG-WX) is
currently accepting proposals for Weatherization Services for
the year ending October 30, 2010. Packets and bid
specifications are available at the NACOG-WX Office, 1813 N.
Main St., Flagstaff, AZ 86004, (928) 774-0055. The
contact person is Tony Corcoran.
The deadline for submitting
sealed bid proposals is November 23, 2009 at 3:00 P.M.
Proposals submitted by mail must be received or be postmarked
by the closing date. Any late proposals will be returned
unopened. It is the sole responsibility of the offerer
to meet the deadline.
Proposals will be submitted
sealed and labeled "Sealed Bid for Weatherization Services".
Sealed bids will be publicly opened on November 24, 2009 at
10:00 A.M. in the NACOG-WX office, 1813 N. Main St.,
Flagstaff, AZ.
NACOG reserves the right to
negotiate any or all offers.
NACOG reserves the right to
accept any or all proposals and to make the award in the best
interests of NACOG.
